Frequently Asked Questions.
What do I need to bring?
A current government-issued photo ID for every signer, such as a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. Bring your documents filled out but unsigned. You'll sign in front of the notary.
Can you tell me which form I need?
Notaries aren't attorneys, so we can't choose forms, give legal advice, or draft documents. The agency, lender, or attorney asking for the notarization can tell you what you need.
How quickly can you meet?
Often the same day, depending on your location. Calling or texting gets the fastest answer.
Is online notarization legal in Colorado?
Yes. Colorado allows remote notarization through approved audio-video platforms, so you can sign from home on a computer or phone.
How is the price set?
Mobile appointments start at $75 and online notarization starts at $35. Your total depends on the service, number of signers, and distance, and you approve it before we book.
